Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with banking products (credit, consortium, insurance); * Experience with active learning methodologies and development pathways; * Familiarity with LMS tools, Canva, video platforms, and social media; * Adaptability and creativity to engage diverse audience profiles; * Experience in fintechs, banks, or financial services companies; * Knowledge of instructional design and storytelling; * Ability to create dynamic and engaging content (videos, presentations, posts); * Develop and deliver remote and in-person training for Corbans and internal audiences; * Create instructional materials and presentations on financial products (payroll-deductible credit, consortium, insurance, etc.); * Support onboarding of new Corbans, ensuring alignment with operational standards; * Monitor training KPIs and propose improvements to learning processes; * Collaborate with commercial and operational areas to identify training needs; * Contribute to building scalable and Corban-tailored learning pathways; * Participate in designing engagement and internal communication campaigns targeted at Corbans. 2511120202181861893
