Culture of collaboration and continuous growth We seek a professional eager to learn, deeply understand our products, and ensure their continuous evolution by aligning strategy, business, and technology to deliver tangible value. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Product Management** * Manage the full product lifecycle with the product team: discovery, prioritization, development, delivery, and evolution. * Help the team translate business and user needs into clear requirements (epics, features, and user stories). * Maintain an organized, prioritized backlog aligned with strategic objectives. * Lead meetings and report progress to stakeholders. **Discovery and Analysis** * Identify and validate problems using data, metrics, and user feedback. * Support qualitative and quantitative research (benchmarking, interviews, journey analysis). * Define hypotheses and monitor experiments (MVPs, PoCs, A/B tests where applicable); identify and implement solutions/tools to support and streamline product management. **Delivery and Execution** * Collaborate closely with technology, UX, data, and business teams. * Ensure scope clarity, acceptance criteria, and definition of “done”. * Monitor development progress, remove blockers, and meet deadlines. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). **Metrics and Governance** * Define and track product KPIs (usage, conversion, efficiency, business impact). * Support managerial reporting and status updates for leadership. * Ensure compliance with processes, standards, and best practices in product governance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience as a Product Analyst or similar role. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories. * Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making. * Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar). **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Clear, concise, and direct communication. * Ability to negotiate and align with multiple stakeholders. * Critical thinking and solution-focused mindset. * Autonomy paired with accountability.
