Opportunity to impact global events and community engagement. Gracie Barra is actively seeking a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at GB Events \& GB Arizona! We seek an experienced and driven Marketing Coordinator to support event and digital marketing initiatives. This role promotes Gracie Barra events (such as the GB Summit and other key gatherings) while managing daily digital marketing operations of multiple brands within the Gracie Barra Ecosystem. The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing strategies to engage our community and expand our impact. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, event promotion, and marketing technology platforms, with a passion for Brazilian Jiu\-Jitsu. **Position Type** Full\-Time **Key Responsibilities** Develop and execute marketing campaigns for Gracie Barra events. Develop and execute community engagement campaigns for Gracie Barra Schools Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and WhatsApp communications. Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Utilize marketing technology and integration platforms for campaign optimization. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Ensure a consistent brand presence aligned with Gracie Barra’s values. **Requirements** Skills \& Abilities Fluent in English and Portuguese. 1\+ year of experience in digital marketing, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and event promotion. Knowledge of creative writing and copywriting in digital marketing. Advanced knowledge of email marketing, social media management, and WhatsApp marketing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.
