Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives, strengthen the brand, generate opportunities, and organize communication materials for IARE. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities We are seeking a **Marketing Assistant** to join the **IARE** team — a growing company specializing in **energy efficiency and industrial compressed air network solutions**. The candidate will support the company’s marketing activities, contributing to brand strengthening, commercial opportunity generation, and organization of communication materials. **Key Responsibilities:** * Creation and organization of content for **LinkedIn, website, and institutional materials**; * Production and updating of **sales presentations, brochures, videos, and catalogs**; * Supporting the organization of **marketing campaigns and lead generation**; * Providing support to marketing initiatives targeting the sales team; * Assisting in the organization of **industrial events and trade shows**; * Monitoring and organizing corporate communication materials and visual identity assets; * Website updates and institutional content organization. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in **professional content production**; * Experience in **video editing**; * Basic knowledge of **design (Canva, Illustrator, or similar tools)**; * Prior experience in marketing is considered a plus.**Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in **professional content production**; **Notes** * Transportation allowance + Meal allowance * Hybrid work model available * Please include salary expectations **What We Offer:** * Collaborative and expanding work environment; * Opportunities for continuous growth and learning; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Valinhos, SP
