Desirable experience with agile frameworks and application of the SCRUM methodology (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective) and sprint management to deliver small, short-term, high-value business outcomes. Collecting information through interview and elicitation techniques to define needs and solutions for CCS and cooperatives. Documenting user research findings. User journey mapping.
