




Job Summary: You will be responsible for creating and adapting graphic and digital materials, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with the brand's identity, in collaboration with the marketing team. You will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to transform briefs into creative, functional, and visually appealing deliverables. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Proficiency in graphic design software, especially **Adobe Photoshop** and **Adobe Illustrator**. * Experience creating assets for various media (print, digital, and social media). * Ability to understand briefs and translate concepts into creative visual deliverables. * Familiarity with design trends, typography, composition, color theory, and visual styles. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of motion design or animation. * Prior experience with branding, social media, or corporate materials. * An up-to-date portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create and adapt visual layouts and concepts for graphic assets (online and offline), such as banners, brochures, infographics, and social media artwork, using design software and adhering to brand guidelines. * Support the creation of campaign and email marketing assets. * Perform image retouching, compositing, and photographic editing using Adobe Photoshop. * Develop high-quality illustrations and vector-based materials using Adobe Illustrator. * Collaborate with the marketing or communications team to understand briefs and project objectives. * Adapt and optimize graphic assets for different formats and media, ensuring brand visual consistency. * Apply graphic design principles to enhance readability, usability, and aesthetics of created materials. * Conduct visual reference research to stay updated with industry best practices. * Participate in meetings and presentations to discuss ideas and receive feedback on developed work. * Maintain an organized digital archive of projects and produced materials to facilitate team access and file management.
