Contribute creative ideas aligned with strategic guidelines **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support the planning and execution of internal communication strategies and assist with general communication demands (social media, website, events, etc.) as needed. Student in Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields. Preferably from the 3rd to the 5th semester. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Organization and ability to execute operational tasks with attention to deadlines Proactive, curious profile with willingness to learn Ability to receive strategic direction and translate it into practical deliverables Strong interpersonal communication skills and sensitivity to the institutional environment Creative outlook, while respecting organizational positioning and culture **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language Knowledge of internal communication Proficiency in image editing tools: Canva, Photoshop or similar; and video editing tools: Capcut or similar.
