Job Summary: We are seeking a junior designer with a refined aesthetic eye and interest in branding, fashion, and consumer behavior to develop strategic visual materials for diverse brands. We are looking for a junior designer with a refined aesthetic eye and interest in branding, fashion, and consumer behavior to join our Marketing team. You will develop visual materials for our internal brands, working on campaigns, social media, and institutional communications — collaborating directly with other professionals. Here, design is not operational. It is part of the strategy. What you will create with us — Visual adaptations of campaigns and product launches — Social media assets, e-commerce visuals, and institutional communications — Adaptation of key visuals across different formats — Visual development aligned with each brand's DNA What we expect from you — Strong visual repertoire and refined aesthetic sense — Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva — Interest in fashion, consumer behavior, and branding — Organization and attention to detail — Eagerness to learn and grow quickly Advantages — Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industries — Basic video editing skills (Premiere or CapCut) — Up-to-date visual references — Creative writing / branding skills — Use of AI tools for text generation and image creation Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Frei Caneca – SP.
