Job Summary: A graphic designer professional responsible for creating online and offline visual materials, developing social media artwork and marketing campaigns, with a focus on adapting and organizing content. Adaptation of designs for different formats and communication channels **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing degree in Graphic Design or Advertising and Public Relations. \- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator \- Basic knowledge of Canva for rapid digital design creation \- Entry-level experience creating content for social media and digital platforms \- Basic understanding of video editing or simple animations (Premiere or After Effects) \- Basic knowledge of layout design and print-ready file preparation \- Familiarity with AI tools applied to creative work, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Sora, or image generators \- Basic understanding of applying artwork across various physical and digital formats (posters, banners, social media, institutional materials, printed items, etc.) **Responsibilities:** \- Creation and adaptation of online and offline graphic materials (social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and institutional materials) \- Development of social media artwork and marketing campaigns \- Adaptation of designs for different formats and communication channels \- Preparation and organization of print-ready files \- Support in organizing the department’s art and graphic material library \- Direct coordination with printing vendors for quotations or material adjustments **Job Information:** Salary \+ Transportation Allowance Health and dental insurance via voluntary enrollment Educational incentive program 44-hour workweek **\*Submission of a professional portfolio is mandatory.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Experience: * Graphic Design (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
