Collaborative team with strong cross-functional interaction. **DevOps Analyst** ---------------------- We are seeking a **DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure** professional to join our technology team. We are looking for someone with solid technical skills who thrives in dynamic environments, values automation, and follows engineering best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and optimize AWS environments, ensuring security, high availability, and cost efficiency. * Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, guaranteeing standardized environments (Dev, Staging, and Prod). * Operate and evolve Kubernetes clusters (EKS), including manifest and Helm Chart management. * Implement GitOps practices and Continuous Deployment using ArgoCD. * Perform advanced Linux server administration, focusing on troubleshooting, patching, and hardening. * Write scripts to automate operational routines (Bash, Python, or Go). * Support observability implementation, including logging, metrics, and tracing. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer. * Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, Debian/Ubuntu, and Alpine). * Solid hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, and Route53\). * Practical experience with Terraform and state management. * In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and its core components. * Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps concepts. * Familiarity with CI tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins). * Version control using Git. ### **Nice-to-Have** * AWS or CKA/CKAD certifications. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK). * Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio or Linkerd). * Basic understanding of relational and non-relational databases. * Technical English for reading and writing. **We Offer:** * Remote work with flexible hours and one office visit per week. * Performance-based compensation tied to value delivery. * An open, innovation-friendly environment offering real space for experimentation, discovery, and continuous product improvement. * A collaborative team with strong interaction across technology, business, and UX domains. * The opportunity to work on products that directly impact customers’ operations and strategic decision-making. **Do you identify with this?
