Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring and interacting with our accounting community on social media platforms, WhatsApp, Telegram, forums, and other online spaces. * Responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and questions. * Fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit among our audience. * Creating engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and videos. * Organizing and sharing user-generated content that highlights members of our community. * Identifying and collaborating with influencers and partners to expand our reach. * Encouraging user referrals and advocacy. * Enforcing community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and respectful environment. * Addressing conflicts and disputes within the community in a diplomatic and constructive manner. * Tracking and analyzing community engagement metrics to measure the success of community initiatives. * Providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making. * Organizing and promoting events, webinars, and both online and offline meetups to strengthen community bonds.
