Position: Design Intern The Communication Department of Esporte Clube Pinheiros is seeking a creative, curious, and genuinely eager-to-learn design intern who wishes to grow professionally. We are part of Pinheiros’ Marketing and Communication Directorate — a multidisciplinary team responsible for safeguarding the Club’s image, managing communications, and securing resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities: * Support the creation of graphic assets for digital and offline channels (social media, presentations, institutional materials, etc.) * Collaborate in developing visual concepts and campaigns * Adapt and extend layouts in accordance with brand identity guidelines * Assist in organizing files and creative workflows * Follow design, communication, and emerging technology trends (including AI applied to design) **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related fields * Proactive, organized profile with strong willingness to learn * Commitment to continuous personal and technical development * Familiarity (even academic) with creative tools such as: * Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Digital tools such as Canva * Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design (e.g., image generation, assisted editing, etc.) * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams Advantages: * Portfolio (academic portfolio accepted) * Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge * Interest in branding, social media, and digital marketing **Additional Information** What we offer: * A collaborative and continuously learning environment * Genuine opportunity for professional development * Exposure to diverse projects and creative challenges * Mentorship and close supervision When our founder, German Hans Nobiling, decided to create a club, he simply wanted to gather with friends for fun and sports.
