On a day-to-day basis, this person will work with market indicators such as market share, net adds, HPs, ports, and network occupancy, as well as commercial performance indicators. They will develop potential studies, participate in building executive presentations, strategic analyses, and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of departmental processes. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment, build, and actively participate in the evolution of the area. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop market, expansion, and commercial opportunity analyses and studies; * Support commercial teams’ direction and prioritization based on market indicators and potential; * Build, monitor, and analyze market and commercial performance indicators; * Prepare executive presentations and analytical materials to support decision-making; * Conduct studies related to competition, customer base behavior, commercial efficiency, and growth opportunities; * Maintain curiosity to support automation initiatives, evolve departmental routines, adopt artificial intelligence, and apply new technologies to activities; * Collaborate closely with commercial, planning, marketing, and other strategic company areas. * Experience in data analysis, commercial intelligence, planning, strategy, or related fields; * Experience developing indicators, performance analyses, and generating insights for decision-making; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Ability to build presentations and communicate analyses effectively; * Analytical, organized, and collaborative profile; * Curiosity, proactivity, and interest in technology; **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools; * Experience in the telecommunications sector; * Experience in expansion, market, or geomarketing studies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel; * Basic understanding of database manipulation and information organization; * Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, transforming information into actionable business insights; * Excellent communication skills and ability to build executive presentations; * Analytical, organized, proactive, and critically minded profile; * Ability to work across multiple departments and handle several concurrent demands; * Interest in technology, automation, and business-oriented artificial intelligence. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience using Power BI to build and analyze dashboards; * Knowledge of SQL, Python, or automation tools; * Experience in commercial intelligence, planning, strategy, or telecommunications; * Familiarity with generative AI and productivity tools; **Additional information** #### **Working hours:** **08:00 \- 18:00** #### **We offer:** * Results-Based Participation Program (PPR) * Medical and Dental Assistance * Meal and Food Allowance * Life Insurance * PAS (Vero Social Support Program) * One paid day off during your birthday month * Corporate University * Totalpass (Discounts on Gyms/Sports) * Childcare Assistance * Assistance for Children with Disabilities * Internet allowance This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCDs).
