ATM Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Performs activities related to the ATM process, ensuring continuity of the production flow and proper use of equipment, while supporting the production department and achieving targets. Key Highlights: 1. Execution and assurance of efficient production processes 2. Active participation in training and continuous development 3. Multifunctional support to the production department Main Responsibilities: * Perform activities related to the ATM process, as instructed and assigned by leadership. * Ensure correct execution of the stage under one's responsibility, guaranteeing continuity of the production flow for other employees. * Maintain and ensure proper use of machines, equipment, and tools used in the activities. * Respond to demands from the Finishing Department and warehouses, prioritizing parts and/or batches according to requests. * Actively participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company, applying acquired knowledge to daily routines. * Achieve departmental targets and performance indicators, in accordance with company guidelines. * Support production department activities whenever necessary. Requirements: * Completed High School education * Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills * Preferred: Courses related to web design, 3D design, or graphic design.
