Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Curator with experience in developing and curating voice- and text-based virtual assistants, focused on continuous improvement and user experience. Hybrid profile: technical, strategic, with focus on UX and business We are hiring a Senior Curator with experience in developing and curating voice- and text-based virtual assistants. We understand that for this evolution, expertise in the following areas is required: • Development and curation of voice- and text-based virtual assistants; • Conversational AI platforms: IBM Watsonx Assistant (including New Experience), Watsonx Orchestrate, and Dialogflow; • Analysis of conversation data and logs for continuous improvements; • Programming in Python for integration via RESTful APIs (using Flask and FastAPI); • Tools such as Insomnia, Git, and curation automation; • NLP and application of generative AI (OpenAI, Watsonx, RAG techniques); • Ability to guide and train junior team members; • Hybrid profile: technical, strategic, with focus on user experience and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end curation activities: • Conversation volume analysis. • Requirements gathering and business rule documentation. * Flowchart design and modeling of intents and entities. • Development, testing, and refinement of conversational flows. • Participation in defining tone of voice, language guidelines, and technical documentation.
