If this profile does not match yours, we have other opportunities available on our careers page: lbca.gupy.io \#JOINLBCA **Responsibilities and duties** * Practice in the LABOR law area across all procedural stages; * Drafting defenses, appeals, and other procedural documents inherent to legal practice (e.g., Ordinary Appeal, Review Appeal, objections to calculations, Execution Objections, Petition Appeals, Writs of Mandamus, among others); * Monitoring case progress and entering information into internal/client systems; * Verifying hearing calendars, preparing for hearings, requesting documents and supporting materials, requesting payments, and tracking deadlines; * Conducting hearings and delivering oral arguments; * Ability to develop procedural strategies and analyze information and documents to guide litigation; * Critical capacity to interpret judgments and appellate decisions and draft appeals; * Mediation skills. **Requirements and qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in Labor Law preferred; * Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Labor Procedure Law, and Civil Procedure Law required; * Experience in advisory services as well as high-volume contentious matters in the Labor Law area. * Agility * Sense of urgency * Commitment * Creativity * Proactivity * Organization * Continuous learning **Additional information** * Meal voucher (VR); * Remote work allowance; * Health insurance (co-payment plan); * Childcare allowance; * Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) membership.
