**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Register digital content in Virtual Learning Environments;
* Monitor receipt and posting of digital teaching materials via spreadsheets and management platforms;
* Organize registration workflows according to schedule;
* Manage material control repositories, tracking update processes;
* Monitor support tickets and perform specific adjustments in disciplines;
* Conduct verification, updating, and validation processes during discipline re-offering stages;
* Verify academic spreadsheets to generate virtual classroom openings in Virtual Learning Environments;
* Upload files to video platforms;
* Transfer video links into discipline planning documents.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:**
* Completed undergraduate degree (Languages, Pedagogy, or Administration);
* Experience in distance education is desirable;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Knowledge of new technological resources applicable to education;
* Experience using platforms and virtual learning environments.
**Nice-to-have knowledge:**
* Familiarity with Virtual Learning Environments (Blackboard, LXP, Canvas, D2L, or others).
* Continuing education in areas related to Digital Platforms, Distance Education, and/or Educational Design would be an advantage.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is based on several factors. If the salary range is already defined for this position, it will be disclosed during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
