We accept candidates from all regions of Brazil \=D **Responsibilities and duties** **In your day-to-day, we expect you to manage the following processes:** **** * Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, firewall, corporate connectivity, and communication link environments. * Configure, analyze, and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless controllers, firewalls, and network security solutions. * Support implementation of security policies, network segmentation, firewall rules, access control, and hardening of network assets. * Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and events related to network and security infrastructure. * Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and changes related to infrastructure connectivity and security. * Support vulnerability management processes, rule reviews, risk identification, and security posture improvement. * Produce technical documentation, network diagrams, operational procedures, and improvement recommendations. * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, operations, vendors, and business teams to ensure service continuity and quality. **Requirements and qualifications** **What’s needed for our perfect match:** * Linux, shell scripting, and basic/intermediate server administration. * Git, GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices. * Automation using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or equivalent languages. * Containers, Docker, and Kubernetes fundamentals. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. * Concepts of public cloud, hybrid environments, and infrastructure automation. * Monitoring, logging, metrics, dashboards, and integration with observability tools. * Familiarity with ITSM, change management, incident management, and operational documentation.  **Desirable knowledge:** * Experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, AKS, EKS, or similar environments. * Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent tools. * Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Elastic, Datadog, or other observability solutions. * Experience automating VMware, cloud, or enterprise platforms. * Knowledge of security in pipelines, DevSecOps, secret management, and hardening. * Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, Linux, or automation certifications are a plus. **Additional information** Fully Remote — Work safely and comfortably from home Infrastructure Allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off — with a surprise!
