Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance Analyst passionate about data analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement to manage rituals, implement action plans, and provide strategic support. Application of Quality tools and Lean methodologies Performance Analyst We are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities: * Performance ritual management: Weekly/monthly meetings; structured follow-up cadences; * Implementation of action plans (PDCA \+ 5W2H): Records actions, deadlines, owners, status, and tracks progress; * Standardization and documentation: Creation of SOPs, workflows, instructions, and operational standards; * Goal and deviation tracking: Not only measures performance but also identifies variances and orchestrates corrective actions; * Strategic support to leadership: Delivers insights for decision-making and planning. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields * Process knowledge: Understanding of workflows, bottlenecks, productive capacity, and operational metrics; * Indicator management (KPIs, OKRs, SLAs): Ability to define, measure, and monitor more than 20 indicators with discipline and governance; * Proficiency in Power BI / Advanced Excel / Google Data Studio: Dashboard creation, data consolidation, automation, and interpretation; * Experience with Quality tools: Ishikawa, Pareto, PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Histogram, Trend Charts, Checklists, and Audits; * Knowledge and practical experience with Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement: Kaizen, A3, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), standardization, waste reduction; * Project / PMO management: Ability to track action plans, responsible parties, deadlines, and status (RAG); * Structured Problem Solving (RCA): Ability to investigate root causes using structured methods and propose sustainable solutions.
