Opportunity for growth within an expanding franchise network **About the Role** The **Seo Venâncio** is growing and looking for an **Operations Coordinator** who will serve as the right-hand person to management and our franchisees. Your mission is to ensure that our quality standards are strictly followed in every unit and to safeguard operational financial health through rigorous cost and KPI control. **1\. Financial Management and Intelligence:** * Perform daily cash control and validate closings. * Monitor and reduce the network's **COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)**. * Develop and audit technical specifications, ensuring actual costs align with pricing. * Analyze income statements (DREs), identify waste, and propose action plans to increase profitability. **2\. Operational Excellence (Field):** * Conduct regular visits to units to ensure compliance with manuals. * Audit hygiene, customer service, and assembly process standards. * Serve as a strategic consultant to franchisees, helping\-them achieve revenue and average ticket targets. * Support training and rollout of new network units. **Requirements:** Proven experience in operations coordination within the food service industry. * Proficiency in financial metrics (income statements, COGS, contribution margin). * Analytical and organized profile. * Strong communication skills to train teams and deliver constructive feedback to franchisees. * Willingness to travel between regional units. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits: transportation allowance; basic food basket; total pass; telemedicine; * Opportunity for growth within an expanding franchise network.
