About You (Technical Skills) \=\=\= Have been licensed as a lawyer for at least three (3) years and possess solid expertise in labor procedural and substantive law. Experience handling mass litigation is a plus. Efficiency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines. Your Responsibilities Will Include: \=\=\= Drafting initial petitions (primarily). Reviewing and correcting petitions drafted by junior lawyers and interns (primarily). Attending hearings and managing deadlines. Drafting low- to medium-complexity pleadings (e.g., rebuttals, appeals, interrogatories, final arguments, etc.). Regularly negotiating settlements with defendants. Client communication and support. Other duties inherent to the role of a lawyer. Job Characteristics \=\=\=\= Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 08:00–09:00 and 17:00–18:00 (subject to hearing schedules and other responsibilities). Compensation: R$3,000.00 to R$4,000.00 per month, depending on experience. Contract Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur / Service Provider). Growth Opportunities: The firm is expanding.
