**Job Mission:** Monitor and validate fund accounting routines, ensuring information quality, regulatory compliance, and operational control consistency.
**Work Format:**
* On-site \| Curitiba – PR
* CLT employment contract
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
**Detailed Description:**
* Monitor and validate operational routines related to investment funds.
* Verify portfolios, financial movements, and events, supporting share calculation and disclosure.
* Perform controls and validations of assets, liabilities, and provisions.
* Manage operational relationships with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers.
* Support regulatory requirements and processes with competent authorities.
* Develop and monitor internal controls, performance indicators, and managerial reports; identify operational deviations, risks, and support process improvements.
* Support fund setup, amendment, and termination processes, interfacing with internal departments.
* Ensure adherence to internal procedures, deadlines, and operational standards.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Initial experience in the financial market or investment funds.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency; analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities.
* Interest in using technological tools applied to operational routines.
* Active or in-progress ANBIMA certification.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in fund controller functions
* Knowledge of structured funds (FIDC, FII, FIP, or similar)
* Familiarity with CVM and ANBIMA regulations
* Experience working with fiduciary administrators and custodians
* Knowledge of data tools or automation (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or similar)
* Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
