About the Role We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst with an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and interest in both corporate finance and technology and artificial intelligence. The professional will participate in financial consulting projects, data processing and analysis, financial modeling, and automation initiatives, working directly with GFB partners and senior team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** Responsibilities Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators. Build and review financial models and forecasts. Support fundraising and financial restructuring projects. Prepare client presentations and reports. Process databases and conduct financial analyses. Apply AI tools in internal delivery workflows and client projects. Develop dashboards, API integrations, and financial management features. Support process automation and digital transformation initiatives. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Solid knowledge of (i) accounting and corporate finance; and/or (ii) programming languages or automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Query). Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar). Advanced Excel proficiency. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
