Teamwork and handling high client demand **If you love Social Security Law, enjoy fighting for your clients’ rights, seek work that fully utilizes your potential, and want to join a growing law firm, you will love this attorney position.** The attorney position focuses on **administrative and judicial litigation in Social Security Law**; every day we receive new clients with demands regarding maternity leave benefits, LOAS (Living Assistance Benefit), sickness benefits, survivor pensions, retirement pensions, and other social security benefits. Our firm seeks a candidate with basic/intermediate knowledge of administrative social security procedures, filing and monitoring of administrative applications and judicial lawsuits, interacting with INSS (National Institute of Social Security) staff when necessary—including physical visits to the agency—as well as other aspects essential to administrative practice at INSS. Additional responsibilities will be provided during internal training. **You must also be able to work effectively in a team and file numerous petitions, given our high client volume requiring prompt action.** Your primary responsibilities will include filing petitions and monitoring administrative applications and judicial lawsuits related to social security, traveling to INSS offices to verify clients’ registration status and provide assistance, and occasionally supporting interns with legal questions.
