This opportunity is ideal for communicative, organized individuals with strong interpersonal skills, who are also familiar with social media and capable of supporting the firm's digital communication efforts. Key Responsibilities * Initial client reception and support; * Client relationship management and follow-up via WhatsApp and telephone; * Assistance in organizing client appointments and commercial requests; * Support in posting content and performing basic social media routines; * Dissemination of information and support to internal teams; * Assistance in strengthening relationships with the firm's clients. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Friendly, organized, and proactive demeanor; * Proficiency with social media and digital tools; * Professional personal appearance and conduct; * Aptitude for public-facing service; * Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus.
