Draft labor defense submissions and procedural documents, ensuring technical consistency and strategic alignment; Conduct document analysis and assessment of procedural risks; Represent clients at labor hearings; Manage procedural deadlines and organization of legal matters; Provide client consultations with clear and assertive legal guidance; Support the definition of procedural strategies and case management.

**Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Law;
Active OAB registration;
Experience in corporate labor law;
Practical experience drafting procedural documents and attending labor hearings;
Ability to conduct legal analysis and organize legal matters.
