Job Summary: Receive, inspect, organize, and deliver materials, while assisting with inventory management to ensure effective stock control and compliance with departmental processes, deadlines, and policies. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and inspect materials, ensuring the correct quantity per invoice. 2. Assist in inventory control and preparation of weekly inventory reports. 3. Organize and deliver materials to supply teams. Job Description: Receive, inspect, organize, and deliver materials, as well as assist with inventory management, to establish cohesive stock control and ensure compliance with departmental processes, deadlines, and policies. Responsibilities: Receive and inspect materials by counting items against the invoice to ensure that the received quantity matches the invoice. Sort materials according to emails received from both the Installation Department (third parties / internal teams) and other departments, to supply requested items for activity execution. Deliver materials to employees using validated lists from the Installation and Support Departments, with signed delivery slips, to properly supply field teams. Assist in inventory control using entry and exit material spreadsheets to inform the Procurement Department about items requiring replenishment. Assist in preparing weekly inventory reports by physically counting and verifying stock items, then reporting findings to the manager to ensure physical quantities match system records. Daily main activities include: Receiving, inspecting, organizing, and delivering materials, as well as assisting with inventory management, to ensure stock control and compliance with departmental processes, deadlines, and policies, including inventory and spreadsheet control.
