Keep the department organized and monitor product expiration dates Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for BOURBON ATIBAIA RESORT, located in Atibaia–SP. This professional will be responsible for assisting in the control and storage of materials in appropriate locations, entering items into the system, complying with internal and external procedures and regulations, and adhering to the general and human resources policies of Bourbon Hotéis \& Resorts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in conducting the monthly inventory to maintain full control over stock materials. * Assist in registering new products and suppliers in the system to generate a history. * Receive and inspect goods against corresponding invoices, verifying quality, quantity, and expiration dates to ensure deliveries match purchase orders. * Receive and sort material requisitions, verifying departmental needs to fulfill all requests. * Record invoices in the system. * Verify prices provided by the Purchasing Department using invoices, then inform other departments of any possible changes. * Control material storage by checking product expiration dates to prevent use beyond their expiry dates. * Perform stock adjustments through the system. * Place material orders via purchase requests to ensure stock replenishment. * Keep the department organized by storing products in pre\-designated locations, ensuring proper stock rotation. * Organize the refrigerated chamber, separating chilled and frozen items to facilitate product retrieval and dispatch. REQUIREMENTS: * Planning and organization skills. * High school diploma preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
