The person will be responsible for telephone and WhatsApp contact, appointment scheduling via WhatsApp and telephone, time slot confirmation, and patient follow-up. **Main responsibilities** * Conduct active and receptive telephone customer service; * Schedule and confirm dental appointments; * Perform follow-up on evaluations and treatments; * Contact patients who missed appointments; * Enter patient service information into systems and spreadsheets; * Support clinic commercial initiatives and campaigns; * Ensure courteous and humanized service. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for public-facing service; * Advanced computer and WhatsApp Web proficiency; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Experience in telemarketing, sales, or reception is a plus. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in dental clinics or healthcare settings; * Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; * Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems.
