Collaborate with IT and operations teams We seek a professional eager to grow in the telecommunications and contact center field, with practical experience in dialing and telephony platforms—especially Olos and Khomp. The professional will support, configure, and evolve communication environments, collaborating directly with IT and operations teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Configure, monitor, and provide support for dialing and telephony platforms (Olos and Khomp). * Monitor availability and performance of communication solutions. * Perform analysis and resolution of incidents related to extensions, trunks, and service queues. * Support implementation and parameterization of campaigns and IVR flows. * Document configurations, procedures, and changes made in the environments. * Interact with vendors and partners to open and track technical support tickets. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience with the Olos platform (predictive, progressive dialing, and IVR). * Knowledge of the Khomp platform (gateways, SIP and E1 trunks). * Familiarity with IP telephony, SIP protocol, and contact center infrastructure. * Analytical ability to identify and resolve failures. * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Telecommunications, IT, Networking, or related fields.
