Focus on high-performance culture and profitability Responsible for managing and controlling the store's fashion product, VM, and financial product sales operations, ensuring execution of sales strategy, operational processes, VM, cost control, and customer experience. Also responsible for implementing procedures, policies, strategies, and management rituals. **Job Responsibilities:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree. * Drives results through fashion product and financial service sales. * Guardian of company culture, serving as a role model for the store team. * Ensures execution of sales and VM strategy by training supervisors and other store staff. * Contributes to tactical planning and project development. Reinforce tactical and technical aspects of sales to maximize store performance. Manages store targets by motivating the team, monitoring results, and implementing action plans. Disseminates company culture, policies, and standards to the team under their responsibility, developing aligned, high-performing teams. * Direct and ensure execution of operational procedures. * Guarantee implementation of company standards and procedures, and compliance with administrative routines. * Ensure optimal customer experience, measured by NPS and grounded in company principles; lead and train the team to guarantee service excellence. * Manage the team by defining work schedules and shifts, conducting alignment meetings, delivering training, conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions, and identifying talent for succession. * Specifically responsible for supervisor training, directly contributing to the development of new managers. * Strengthen high-performance culture, customer experience, productivity, and profitability. * Responsible for store cost management. Responsible for store asset management and loss prevention.
