**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** MORNING / AFTERNOON **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform support services for the sales department, supervising all counter staff activities and customer service. Responsible for certain store operational routines. * Monitor employees’ arrival times; * Carry out Human Resources department routines such as timekeeping records, uniforms, absences, medical certificates, etc.; * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees; * Receive goods; * Perform daily routines (check\-list); * Serve customers courteously and attentively; * Verify that all merchandise is available in-store; * Manage internal transfers; * Ensure that no items available in the warehouse are ever out of stock in-store, and replenish all items every morning and evening; * Monitor product shelf-life expiration dates; * Coordinate product packaging at closing time and immediately clean up afterward; * Other duties related to the position **Requirements:** Prior experience in this field will be considered an advantage. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Performance bonus, Parking, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
