Recognize and value each employee’s performance, providing continuous growth opportunities for everyone. Operational Management: Ensure effective execution of the store’s daily processes, including inventory audits, cash drawer controls and financial transactions, inventory organization, and monitoring of displayed products. Customer Service: Guarantee high-quality merchandise delivery, resolving pending issues related to assembly, unfulfilled services, and exchanges of defective products — always focusing on full customer satisfaction. Administrative Management: Responsible for the store’s administrative tasks, such as sending and receiving fiscal documents, controlling performance indicators, and meeting company-established goals and deadlines. Planning and Strategy: Implement and adjust company strategy, distributing goals and monitoring results according to the corporate calendar. Ensure the store is prepared to meet demand, especially during seasonal periods. Indicator Control: Monitor and analyze store performance indicators, continuously seeking improvements and consistent, sustainable results. Human Resources Management: Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes to build qualified teams, and implement workforce adjustments to reduce turnover. Market Analysis: Monitor competitors’ activities and local market trends to make strategic decisions that strengthen the store’s market position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **It would be great if you have:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. Prior experience in this role. Retail store experience will be considered a plus.
