Store Manager – Haoma Chocolates \| Pátio Paulista/SP Pátio Paulista On-site Haoma Chocolates is seeking a Store Manager to lead our operation at Pátio Paulista Shopping Center. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for customer service—capable of ensuring excellence in customer experience, team development, and achievement of results. Key Responsibilities * Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team; * Ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience; * Drive achievement of operational goals and KPIs; * Monitor sales, productivity, conversion rates, and other store KPIs; * Organize staff schedules, daily operations, and team workflow; * Maintain store organization, inventory, and brand visual standards; * Provide ongoing monitoring and feedback to the team; * Support hiring, onboarding, and training processes; * Ensure smooth operational functioning and compliance with internal procedures; * Work closely with the team to foster engagement and ownership mindset. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Prior experience leading retail teams; * Experience working in shopping mall stores is a plus; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and people management ability; * Comfort working with goals and performance metrics; * Hands-on profile with focus on operational excellence and customer service.
