Stock Clerk - Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a **Stock Clerk** (Logistics Assistant) to join our Allmad team! If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy challenges, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Inventory Management Receiving and Inspection: Receive and verify that products, raw materials, or equipment delivered by suppliers match the invoice and purchase order, inspecting quality and packaging integrity. Storage and Organization: Organize and store materials in appropriate locations, following criteria such as product type, expiration date (e.g., FIFO — first-in, first-out), temperature requirements, and safety regulations. Inventory Control: Participate in periodic physical inventory counts to ensure system records (spreadsheets or inventory management software) match actual on-hand stock quantities. Recording and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched, updating the inventory management system in real time. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; * Prior experience in logistics routines is a plus; **Location:** Allmad Doors and Flooring – Carlos Prates, BH/MG. **Work model:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour 15 minutes lunch break), Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday — **IN-PERSON — CLT** Compensation: R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: In-person
