We follow all procedures that guarantee biosafety for all involved parties and complete hygiene of all materials. We provide external Central Material and Sterilization (CME) services, from material collection to return delivery. We operate our own fleet and maintain a material traceability system, ensuring transparency throughout the processing of your equipment. As a **Nurse**, you will be responsible for: * Coordinating and supervising the CME team’s activities, ensuring proper cleaning, disinfection, preparation, sterilization, storage, and distribution of materials; * Developing, reviewing, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the unit; * Ensuring traceability of processed materials by maintaining updated and secure records; * Monitoring departmental performance and quality indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions; * Ensuring compliance with biosafety standards and prevention of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs); * Conducting regular training and capacity-building sessions for technical staff; * Supervising inventory control of supplies and sterilizable materials. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Active registration with COREN; * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in CME, infection control, or healthcare management are desirable.
