Always centered on what’s best for pets’ happiness and health. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the data team to support business decision-making—from data identification through analysis design and/or related data product development; * Understand business needs that can be addressed using data, and translate them into strategic insights and visualizations that help identify opportunities and support decision-making; * Document processes and projects; * Contribute to building a data-driven culture and a customer-centric mindset. #### **Requirements:** * Advanced SQL knowledge for complex analyses; * Experience designing dashboards (Power BI) and communicating results to management; * Experience in exploratory analyses, hypothesis testing, and translating findings into actionable insights for business teams; * Use of version control (Git) for analytical code and participation in code review processes; * Collaborative, proactive, and hands-on mindset; * Commitment to the team; * Organization; * Dedication to the business; * Focus on delivery quality; * Fast and consistent self-learning ability. #### **Preferred Qualifications (a plus):** * Experience with R and/or Python; * Experience developing analytical data models and validating concepts with business teams; * Ability to create data catalogs and document business rules.
