This professional will play a key role in leading analysts, collecting, extracting, transforming, and preparing data, as well as developing analytical models and interactive reports. They will collaborate cross-functionally across business areas, ensuring data governance, security, and quality, while also driving continuous improvement of analytical processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the point of contact in strategic meetings with Dentsply Sirona Latin America leadership. * Guide the development of interactive dashboards in Power BI and automated reports in Excel. * Structure, review, and model data to ensure integrity, reliability, and scalability of analytics. * Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction from multiple sources. * Implement, monitor, and maintain KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business priorities. * Automate processes and reports to promote efficiency and agility in team deliverables. * Ensure best practices in data governance and security. * Document processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency in dashboard usage and maintenance. * Lead and develop the analyst team, promoting technical and strategic growth of the Business Analytics cell. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, IT, or related fields * Prior experience in business analytics, BI, or similar roles * Experience in leading or coordinating data analytics teams * Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (including automation and dynamic reporting) * Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction * Experience in data modeling, transformation, and preparation * Ability to structure and monitor KPIs and performance metrics * Knowledge of data governance and security * Intermediate/advanced English (for regional and global interaction) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in multinational companies or Latam-focused projects * Knowledge of Python, R, or other statistical analysis languages * Experience with agile methodologies and project management Dentsply Sirona is an equal opportunity employer.
