**Main Responsibilities** * Conduct end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes (operational, administrative, and technical) * Align job profiles with managers and support in defining requirements * Post job openings on various channels and screen resumes * Conduct competency-based interviews * Administer and/or support the administration of technical and behavioral assessments * Prepare evaluation reports and provide feedback to candidates * Monitor departmental metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, turnover) * Drive continuous improvement of recruitment and selection (R\&S) processes * Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities **Technical Competencies** * Competency-based interviewing techniques * Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards) * Basic understanding of HR metrics (R\&S KPIs) * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Behavioral assessment knowledge is desirable Compensation: R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
