We have an opening for you to become a **Select High Specialist**, where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary expert in your field. **Your role here will be:** To manage consolidated client portfolios within the Select universe, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory, with focus on profitability, relationship building, and retention. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; * Conduct personalized financial planning, advising clients on portfolio options; * Develop opportunities for upgrading to Select Ultra High; Identify opportunities for upgrading and improving performance outcomes. * **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; * Negotiation and active listening skills; * Close engagement in portfolio management; * Ability to build long-term relationships; Assertive in investments. * **Education/Certifications** * CPA 20 (mandatory); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
