We are looking for a communicative, organized, and courteous professional to work as a Receptionist, responsible for the first point of contact with customers and providing a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at the restaurant. **Summary of responsibilities:** * Greet and direct customers; * Manage waiting lines and reservations; * In-person customer service and support via phone/WhatsApp; * Assist in organizing the dining area and service flow; * Ensure courteous service and an excellent customer experience. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or reception is preferred; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Ability to interact comfortably with the public; * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule. **Job details:** **Location:** Arábia Restaurant – Jardins \| São Paulo/SP **Schedule:** 6x1, with a fixed weekly day off and one Sunday per month off * **Working hours:** 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Salary:** R$ 1\.804,00 \+ tips (average around R$ 900,00\) **Benefits:** * Meals on site * Transportation allowance * Health insurance (per internal policy) * Life insurance * Wellhub (Gympass) * Birthday day off \+ birthday kit * Attendance bonus via Flex card Join our team!
