Responsibilities: Lead sourcing processes (supplier identification and selection), registration, and qualification. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and contract closures for both direct and indirect procurement. * Strengthen supplier relationships to foster business partnerships. * Analysis and Strategy * Analyze costs, lead times, and commercial terms to optimize procurement. * Plan and execute the entire procurement process based on production needs/demand, regularly updating the minimum stock level for each item to ensure more accurate and secure execution of requisition, quotation, purchase order, and delivery follow-up activities. * Develop and monitor performance indicators (e.g., cost savings, lead time) aligned with the organizational business plan. * Process Management * Execute procurements in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Perform daily end-to-end follow-up of procurement processes and update the procurement process documentation directory/workflow. * Support internal audit processes as well as audits conducted at suppliers. Requirements: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in: supply chain; procurement/sales; logistics. • Proficiency in computer applications: Excel, Word. • Knowledge of supply chain processes. • Currently pursuing or holding a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Process Management, Commercial Management, or International Trade. • Experience in negotiations. • Experience in projects and planning. • Residence in the southern zone of São Paulo, Diadema, or nearby areas. • Availability for 100% on-site work.
