Job Summary: Full-time CLT Project Analyst responsible for assembly, monitoring and control of processes, technical support, and organization of documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly, monitoring, and control of processes with competent authorities 2. Technical support to architects and engineers in project development 3. Organization of technical documentation and deadline management We currently have an open position ✅ FULL-TIME CLT POSITION \- Project Analyst Responsibilities: ✅ Assembly, monitoring, and control of processes with CETESB, City Hall, Fire Department, Health Surveillance, and other competent authorities; Coordination of architectural, complementary, and regulatory projects; ✅ Technical support to architects and engineers in project development and review; ✅ Participation in internal and external technical meetings; Conducting technical inspections when necessary; Organization of technical documentation and deadline management; ✅ Other activities related to project support and analysis. Requirements: ✔ Six months of experience ✔ Intermediate-level AutoCAD experience ✔ Strong communication skills ✔ Agility Preferred Qualifications: ✔ Knowledge of procedures with City Hall and/or CETESB Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree Work Mode: 100% On-site Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Salary: BRL 3,000 after probation period; BRL 3,500 \+ Transportation Allowance. Meal Voucher (BRL 30.92 per day); On-site cafeteria. Work Location: R. Eng.
