It is precisely to MAKE a difference that we foster an internal culture strongly oriented toward COMMITMENT across our Group. **Responsibilities** Handle payroll closing, vacation and termination calculations, homologations, and ancillary obligations. • Enter all necessary data for payroll execution (changes, additions, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and other routine tasks) • Process terminations (calculation, verification, and issuance of GRRF and TRCT) and submit to e-Social. • Calculate advance salary payments. • Perform final payroll calculation and verification (summaries and bases). • Generate bank files for salary disbursement. • Calculate statutory contributions (FGTS, INSS, and IRRF). • Execute all payroll closing processes for e-Social, including validation and response handling. • Prepare annual reports (DIRF and RAIS) and income statements. • Generate all payroll-related reports. • Provide support for onboarding processes (employee registration, admission reports, vacation requests, benefit applications and verification, and other related routines). **Benefits** CLT – On-site Salary: To be discussed On-site cafeteria – no deduction Transportation allowance or fuel allowance Vila Mariana – South Zone On-site meals – no deduction TotalPass partnership – optional Online medical consultations – employee bears exam costs Psychological consultations Financial and legal support Pet support Pharmacy discounts
