Main responsibilities: \- Monitor inventory levels, restock and organize products, supervise store cleaning and maintenance. \- Prepare work schedules, days off, vacations, and holidays. \- Verify product deliveries and returns, and reconcile invoices and bills. \- Manage inventory control and request replenishments. \- Identify opportunities to improve store performance. \- Loss prevention control. Requirements: \- Completed high school education. \- Availability to work on a fixed 6x1 schedule from 2:20 PM to 10:40 PM, including weekends and holidays. \- Prior experience in team leadership roles. Desired profile: \- Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise the team, ensuring productivity and alignment with store objectives. \- Skill in handling customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. \- Familiarity with inventory control, point-of-sale systems, and food hygiene and safety practices.
