Working Hours: 1st Shift **06:00 \- 14:20, Monday to Saturday** 2nd Shift **14:20 \- 22:35, Monday to Saturday** 3rd Shift **22:27 \- 06:00, Monday to Saturday** ***Responsibilities:*** * Monitor all trips in real time, ensuring compliance with routes and deadlines; * Maintain constant communication with drivers to guide them on routes, pickup/delivery schedules, and macro dispatches; * Identify and record potential incidents or route deviations, taking necessary actions for resolution; * Verify macros and other system information to ensure data accuracy; * Prepare and send monitoring reports and delivery status updates to customers, keeping them informed about operational progress. ***Requirements:*** * Clear and concise communication skills for interacting with drivers and customers; * Proactivity and quick thinking to handle unforeseen situations; * Familiarity with tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite.
