YOUR MISSION: Act as a Shift Coordinator, leading partner shifts with unwavering customer focus, resolving issues, managing operational activities and teams, and cultivating an enjoyable, enchanting environment for customers and on-duty partners. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure excellence in customer service; * Cash register opening and closing; * Receiving goods and properly storing products; * Responsible for store shift management, including scheduling planning and execution; * Ensure quality, food safety, and cleanliness processes comply with current legislation; * Drive people development and results management; * Support achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction; * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
