Job Summary: Nurse to provide direct and comprehensive care for critically ill patients, perform technical procedures, administer medications, and ensure patient safety. Key Highlights: 1. Performance of technical procedures and administration of medications **\- Work location: Glória/RJ** **\- Work schedule: 180 hours \- 12x36 shift \- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM;** **\- Availability for training.** \- Carry out all activities in alignment with health, safety, and environmental principles. \- Provide direct and comprehensive care to critically ill patients according to complexity level, ensuring quality and safety in care delivery; \- Receive patients and their families empathetically, facilitating their adaptation to the hospital environment with respect and appropriate communication; \- Perform technical procedures in accordance with routines, institutional protocols, and aseptic principles; \- Conduct fluid balance monitoring, device checks, vital signs control, and adherence to clinical care protocols; \- Accurately and securely document all care activities, procedures, and clinical information in medical records and during shift handovers; \- Administer medications using aseptic technique, ensuring the “Nine Rights” and prevention of adverse events; \- Provide necessary beds and equipment for patient care, maintain material integrity, and ensure rational use of supplies; \- Collaborate with planning and delivery of care under supervision of a registered nurse; \- Comply with International Patient Safety Goals, report adverse events, and proactively mitigate risks; \- Maintain ethical conduct, adhere to institutional regulations and the Nursing Code of Ethics, demonstrating exemplary behavior and strict compliance with routines; \- Participate in institutional training sessions and meetings, continuously updating technical knowledge and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
