Job Summary: A nursing professional responsible for providing patient care, assisting in emergency and urgent care, and ensuring the organization and safety of the unit. Key Highlights: 1. Humanized and integrated practice with the multidisciplinary team **Requirements** * Completed Technical Nursing course. * Active registration with COREN. * Prior experience in Emergency Departments, Urgent Care, Emergency Services, or Emergency Care Units (UPA) is desirable. * Familiarity with risk classification, Basic Life Support (BLS), clinical care protocols, and electronic medical record systems is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Provide nursing care to patients according to prescriptions and institutional protocols. * Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform technical nursing procedures. * Assist medical and nursing staff during emergency and urgent care. * Prepare and accompany patients for examinations, procedures, and transfers. * Record clinical care information in medical records and report changes in patients' clinical status. * Organize and restock supplies and equipment to ensure unit functionality. * Comply with biosafety, patient safety, and hospital infection control standards. * Practice humanely and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to enhance care quality.
