Job Summary: ICU Nurse responsible for managing integrated patient care, developing work plans, conducting nursing rounds, performing clinical procedures, and monitoring treatments. And thus, we continue strengthening our distinctive BP identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage patient care in an integrated and coordinated manner across various services, departments, and units, documenting multidisciplinary discussion outcomes in the patient’s medical record. * Develop work plans aligned with established scheduling guidelines. * Receive patients and identify nursing needs through structured interviews and observations. * Conduct nursing rounds, develop SAE (Systematized Nursing Care Plan), and perform specific clinical procedures—including monitoring and management of mechanical ventilators or specialized treatments. * Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring and management of mechanical ventilators or specialized treatments. * Accompany medical rounds as an information facilitator for other professionals. * Escort patients during internal or external transfers when required. * Perform specific nursing duties: nasoenteric tube insertion, SVD placement, Port-a-Cath puncture, PICC line dressing, specialized dressings, and blood collection—strictly adhering to physician instructions and institutional protocols. * Administer and monitor chemotherapy, parenteral nutrition, hemocomponents, and high-risk medications. * Document all patient-related observations and incidents in the hospital medical record, outpatient chart, and nursing report. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Completed postgraduate specialization in Intensive Care or related fields; * Prior experience as an ICU Nurse, with active and valid COREN registration**;** * As a differentiator, demonstrate a focus on collection and analysis of clinical indicators to directly support continuous quality improvement in patient care.
